All-Inclusive Rates
At Traditions Senior Living, our focus is on our residents’ wellness. We want our staff to spend as much quality time with residents as possible. An all-inclusive rate allows for this because it frees our our care staff from spending time behind a desk doing assessments, adding up points, and completing paperwork. In addition, our residents and their families have the peace of mind of knowing that they won’t get a call about their loved one’s care level and rate increasing.
Unlike many other senior living communities, our rates include all care levels. You may find that their rent rates appear lower. This is because their starting rate does not include any assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, medication management, and gentle reminders. Their services are assessed either by points or levels of care, and are then added on top of the monthly base rent. At Traditions we want to take the anxiety of fluctuating rates and fees off your shoulders and give you peace of mind in knowing what the rates are. Then, We can all focus on the most important thing – your loved one.
